Our Story: Pharmily is made up of two words pharma and family. We are an online platform for clients to access quality medical products in the comfort of their homes. Importantly, we deliver quality and safe beauty, wellness and health products, including what our families use prescription medicine daily. Pharmily was conceptualized in 2018, but we began our operations in 2020. The idea of Pharmily was fueled by the coronavirus pandemic, which prompted the purchase of services and goods online. We understand Kenyans face challenges accessing quality health, beauty and wellness products affordably and conveniently. Today, e-pharmacy is integral in healthcare systems globally. Many patients switched to online pharmacies when shopping for health products or refilling prescriptions. At Pharmily, we provide affordable processes and offer convenience to improve your experience. We are driving more equitable access to quality and affordable medicines for African families.
Our Team: Dr Geoffrey Kiprop, Dr David Onamu and Mr Evans Kigai are the co-founders. Dr Kiprop and Dr Onamu are Pharmacists who understand patient care and medication management therapy. At the same time, Mr Kigai is a qualified and renowned IT developer who is a software engineer working continually to improve our website. We are a leading online pharmacy and the first Kenyan-owned pharmacy. We are a youthful team passionate about providing Kenyans with cheap and reliable medical solutions. We have the technical expertise to optimize pharmacy services via technology.
What We Do: We drive access to health products across Africa through technology. We have a mobile application and a website allowing users to order from our beauty and wellness products collection. We also process prescriptions and supply medicines for our clients.
How to Order: You can order health products, call to order or upload/send a prescription via the website or WhatsApp line. After you order health, beauty or wellness product and after we process it, the medication will be delivered to your preferred delivery location. We deal with several products, such as personal hygiene products, medical devices, supplements and vitamins, herbal products, dental care products, hair products, sexual and reproductive health products, skincare and beauty products, chronic health medicines and over-the-counter medications. Location: Though we are an e-commerce site, we are physically located at Muthaiga Business Centre. Currently, we are only operational in Kenya. We are soon expanding to East and Central Africa
