Return Policy

At Pharmily, we work hard to ensure you are satisfied. Every package that we deliver should create a powerful and happy memory. In the unlikely event that your order is not what you wanted, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Can I return my order?

Yes, but it is limited to the following circumstances:

Our return policy may not be applicable in the following cases:

  1. If you are returning a product that you have partly used.
  2. If you request a return of product (s) two days after delivery.
  3. Non-refundable products such as medicines and sexual health products.
  4. We will not provide a refund if you cannot provide the receipt or the order number for your order.

What can I do to return an order?

We will call you once you receive your order to determine how satisfied you are. If you are unhappy, you can initiate the return process by calling us on 0726 66 98 98. Please tell us the reasons why you wish to return the product. Please wait for us to evaluate the return and whether it fits the return policy.

Returned or ordered goods

It is your duty to take care of the product that you wish to return. We will only accept goods in their original and untampered condition, including the packaging. We will only process returns for products that have not been tested, used, opened or worn or where any part of the product is tampered with.
