Each Beechams Cold & Flu Hot Lemon & Honey Sachet contains paracetamol 600mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg, and vitamin C 40mg.
Usage Instructions:
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a mug of hot, but not boiling, water. Stir well until the sachet contents have completely dissolved. Take the drink while it is still hot. Repeat every four hours as needed, up to a maximum of four sachets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
