How to use:
For hair Step 1: simply rub a small amount onto either wet or dry hair, starting at the roots and massage to the ends. Step 2: Leave on for about 30 minutes and then shampoo out
For skin Step 1: Only a small quantity of about 2-3 drops is required, which should be warmed in clean hands. Step 2: gently massaged into the required area in an upward and outward circular motion on the skin with the fingertips
