Usage Instructions:
For a relaxing bath, dissolve 1–2 cups of Epsom salt in a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak in the bath for 20–30 minutes to allow the magnesium sulfate to absorb into the skin and provide relief for sore muscles and joints. For a foot soak, dissolve 1/2 cup of Epsom salt in a basin of warm water and soak feet for 10–15 minutes. As a skin exfoliant, mix Epsom salt with a small amount of olive oil or coconut oil to create a scrub. Massage gently onto damp skin, then rinse thoroughly. For plant care, mix Epsom salt into the soil around plants or dissolve in water for watering.
