Usage Instructions:
Blow your nose gently to clear any mucus.
Shake the bottle before use.
Remove the protective cap.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril, tilting your head slightly forward.
Close the other nostril with your finger.
Press the spray pump firmly and breathe in gently at the same time.
Repeat the process for the other nostril.
Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap.
