Usage Instructions: Open the package and remove the heat wrap. Peel away the backing to expose the adhesive side of the wrap. Place the adhesive side of the wrap directly onto the skin over the lower back area. Adjust the wrap to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. It should feel snug but not too tight. If needed, readjust or re-position the wrap for optimal coverage and support. The heat wrap will gradually warm up once it comes into contact with the air. It reaches its maximum heat level within 30 minutes. Leave the wrap on for up to 8 hours, and then gently remove it from the skin.
